If you need to change your delivery details, whether that's an address, the date or time, or if you need to defer your delivery to a later date, you head to our 'Request Delivery Change' page for our team to review your request.
To help us better support you, we ask if you can please include the following information in your request:
- Order Number;
- Existing delivery details; and
- Details of the change i.e address / date & time
