If you're missing a box or two from your order, don't sweat just yet! The first step we'll need you to take is to check your phone - Not only do we send you a text when your order leaves our warehouse, we also send you a sneaky text when your items are delivered!
Sometimes there are situations where we cannot able deliver all the items in one go. If this is the case, you should receive a text to let you know that your other items are still on their way and receive an updated ETA for any remaining items. You can also use your tracking to keep an eye on where the remaining boxes are!
If your delivery has been marked as complete and you're still missing something, the best step here is to get in touch with our Customer Service team so we can investigate where that missing box may be!
The easiest way to get in touch is to submit a request and select 'Delivery' - please include the following information in your request:
- Order Number (or email address used to place the order);
- What items/SKUs you've received; and
- What items/SKUs you're missing
Having this information handy helps to speed up the process so we're able to get the remaining items to you as quickly as we can!
