What are the benefits of having a Koala Account?
We will be continually adding new features for account holders. Right now, you can:
- View your Order History
- Update your Delivery information (such as name, address, or contact information)
- Update your Delivery date and time (if your order has not yet been dispatched).
- Cancel your order and process a full refund (if your order has not yet been dispatched).
How do I create a Koala Account?
Go to the account button on the upper right in the header of the koala.com site. Click on it, look for the sign up link, then fill in the small amount of required information and submit the form. Alternatively, you can sign up with a single sign on like your Google account.

What if I forget my password?
There is a "forgot password" option on the login page. Click on it, enter your email address or username, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by checking the tracking information sent to you via email. If you don’t receive your email, please check your junk folder and contact Customer Service if you cannot find it.
How do I change my delivery date?
On the My Account page or in the dropdown on the account menu, you can select the “Orders” option. From there, select the order which you wish to change, noting only orders prior to dispatch can be edited.
How can I contact customer service?
Look for a "contact us" link on the header or footer of koala.com. This should provide you with a form to contact customer service, or allow direct chat if you would like to use that method.
