As long as your bed base has adequate support and ventilation, it'll work with our Koala mattress range. If it's a slat base, the slats should be no more than 7.5cm apart to avoid sagging. While posture slats can be used, they can make the mattress feel considerably softer than it actually is, so for the best comfort we recommend that they are straight (flat) slats.
We don't recommend using the mattress straight on the floor without ventilation underneath as this can lead to moisture build up, or on an adjustable bed base, as bending or folding the mattress will cause long-term damage to the core or supportive layers.
