If you're having an issue with a product or would like to submit a warranty claim, you'll need to submit a request and select 'Warranties & Returns'. To help us better support you, we ask if you can please include the following information in your request:
1. Order Number,
2. Current Address (if you have moved since you purchased the product),
3. Contact Number or Email Address,
4. The name of the product affected
5. A clear photo or two of the affected product and product ID label (some products have this on the underside), and
6. A summary or description of the concern.
