To give your body adequate time to adjust, we recommend giving the comfort Koala products (like mattresses and pillows) a go for at least 14 days. However, if you find you're still not a fan, ship it back for a full refund. Really, there’s no catch! In metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra & Adelaide, we offer free returns.
To return your product, disassemble and fold your mattress in half (like a taco!). Mattresses and upholstered products will need to be bagged for the return, so we recommend you keep the plastic wrap it comes in!
